We have some more news on the Streetwarz saga. If you have been wanting to check it out this weekend (May 30th and 31st) is the time to do it. Shane, the event organizer, posted this on Boostcruising.com;

OPERATION OF STREETWARZ
I take this opportunity to provide an update in relation to the operation of Streetwarz and our continued attempts to provide a safe environment for people to operate their vehicles.

We will be open again this weekend to conduct the testing needed to prepare the material requested by Council. As part of the process of lodging a Council Application it is necessary for us to obtain acoustic noise reports and traffic studies which can only be conducted when the site is operating. It is for this reason therefore that the site will again be operating on Saturday and Sunday of this weekend between 12 and 5pm with the skidpan only operating between 1 and 4pm on each day.

The media may also be attending this weekend to view Streetwarz in operation.

As always we encourage you to obey our rules of entry and conditions of participation and also respect our local community by entering and exiting Streetwarz quietly and safely and moving on from the area when Streetwarz ends. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you there this weekend.
