2008 is turning out to be a great year for buying a new car with many updates to the cars we love, add the slow economy with dealers doing anything to make a sell and you have the best time to be a car buyer. The two newest cars that have caught my eye are also this years top choices on the forums.
First we have the new BMW, changes for 2008 represent the most significant model-year update since the current 5 Series was launched in 2003. They include mild exterior revisions, improvements to the interior and a significant power boost for six-cylinder models.
Next, the about-to-be-released Hyundai I30 is a Mazda 3 or VW Golf sized five-door hatchback. The new Hyundai I30 has a slightly different nose and tail design that swings away from the design cues employed recently by Hyundai. And so the I30 uses very curvy lines that are pleasant to the eye and relatively conservative.
