Look at the holden ute though. They sell a basic version of that for cheap (well, comparitively). If they did the same thing to the sedan and wagon chassis, I think they would be able to reduce the cost a bit.

Another thing that should reduce the cost a bit is a manual transmission.</description>

I have often wondered how much of a vehicle's price is over-inflated with "additions" that I'll never use. If you compare the factory feature to an after market option, usually the after market is much cheaper and of equal or better quality. I'd love to be able to shave 5-10 thousand off of a vehicle's price if it came with less creature comforts. I still need my air conditioning though, hehe.</description>
